Over the past 30 years, Gregory packs have earned an unmatched reputation for quality and reliability. This reputation begins with Wayne's obsession with quality and attention to detail and is an ingrained part of our design and manufacturing culture. We know that the quality of your experience depends on the reliability of your gear. That's why we don't build packs to last a season or two−we build them to provide you with a lifetime of high-performance and enjoyment.

THE GREGORY LIFETIME GUARANTEE
We build Gregory gear to last a lifetime and that's how long we stand behind it. We guarantee to you, the original purchaser, that this product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship, for as long as you own it.
If you think a product has any defects in materials or workmanship contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number (email is best, see details below). If the product is defective, then we'll fix or replace it with a new one and return it to you at our expense. This warranty does not cover damage due to unreasonable use or improper care. (Sorry, no free repairs if you have been using your pack as a feed bag for bears or cleaning it with white gas).
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damage nor the natural breakdown of materials which occurs with extended use. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
REPAIRS
If your Gregory pack or accessory needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that's not covered under the warranty, we will provide the necessary service for a reasonable charge. We'll be sure to contact you with an estimate of the repair charges and do the work after your approval and payment of our quote.
To make a return, please contact our warranty service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Once you receive an RMA # you will be provided with shipping instructions. (We recommend you send via a carrier who provides tracking, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit). Gregory will return your pack via ground shipping at no cost to you - expedited shipping may incur additional fees.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
In order to expedite service, please provide the following information to warranty@gregorypacks.com:

- Type/model of backpack
- Torso size: XS, S, M, L, XL
- Color of backpack
- Description of repair needed
You will receive a reply from us with your RMA# (required for every repair) and shipping instructions. We'll do our best to send an update within 24 to 48 hours of receiving in your inquiry - except weekends…we’ve got to get outside, too!
REPLACEMENT PART REQUEST
In order to request a replacement part for your Gregory backpack, please provide the following information (email works best – warranty@gregorypacks.com) . Please be aware that all requests will be filled, subject to availability. If you are able to attach a photo of the needed replacement, it may help expedite your service. It is important to be as descriptive as possible (or provide a picture) as “black buckle” will typically not be enough to determine which black buckle you are in need of.
