We know that the quality of your experience depends on the reliability of your gear. That's why we don't build packs to last a season or two−we build them to provide you with a lifetime of high-performance and enjoyment.

Gregory products are produced with the utmost care by our expert craftspeople. If you have any questions about the fit, use or function of our products, or if any problems should arise, please call customer service at 877.477.4292.

THE GREGORY LIFETIME GUARANTEE
We build Gregory gear to last a lifetime and that's how long we stand behind it. We guarantee to you, the original purchaser, that this product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship, for as long as you own it.

If you think a product has any defects in materials or workmanship call customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. If the product is defective, then we'll fix or replace it with a new one and return it to you at our expense. This warranty does not cover damage due to unreasonable use or improper care. (Sorry, no free repairs if you have been using your pack as a feed bag for bears or cleaning it with white gas).

LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damage nor the natural breakdown of materials which occurs with extended use. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

REPAIRS
If your Gregory pack or accessory needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that's not covered under the warranty, we will provide the necessary service for a reasonable charge plus shipping and handling. To make a return, please call our warranty service number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Send your clean pack, postage prepaid, with a description of what needs attention. We'll contact you with an estimate of the repair charges and do the work after your approval and payment of our quote. For service and repairs, please write or call our Customer Care Department (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time).
